Thank you Hanna! Well yes, the beach actually is that broad. It’s on the small island Schiermonnikoog, one of the chain of ‘Waddeneilanden’ as we call them, that run along the northen coast all the way to Denmark, as far as Fano (with a slash thought the O 🙂 ) At the western point the beach can be about a kilometer wide. So yes, this really excists 🙂
What a great landscape! I went for a walk with Google Man in the chain of Waddeneilanden. What a thrill it was 😎😊 Wonderful beaches and cosy villages.
Vadehavet is amazing with tide, bird and wildlife.
