Dank je wel Jan! Stadtauge – dat klopt! Ik heb niet speciaal aan hem gedacht bij deze serie maar hij doet dat ook wel, beelden zo componeren. Die doorkijkjes vind ik ook leuk. Ik was onlangs in Delft om naar Pieter de Hoogh te kijken, en hij heeft ook van die twee of drieptrapsraketten. Diepte!

great series of photos, Peter. …especial the last one carries a fine sense of irony. The image itself, with this excellent view to the street, is carrying the displayed photo on the print in a wonderful way.
Thank you! Some of it may very well be influenced by Scandinavian design. The pictures are taken in a hotel like setting, a church, an old peoples home, and a city counsel office – and light coloured wood is not uncommon over here. On top of that – Ikea is everywhere. I guess interiors of this kind are often prozaic, clean, bothering nobody. I like the cool lines, the simple sturdyness, the restrained design.

Allemaal in serie maar zeker 47 en 11, geweldig weer. Vooral het lichtval in 4 met die trap erbij je foto’s zouden niet misstaan in een galerie.

Binnen kijken is een hobby van me. Die hangzetel is mijn favoriet. Althans voor mijn ‘gemak’.
